Over the years these products have earned an enviable reputation in this highly competitive industry sector. And like all good Yamaha products, this range is extremely reliable. Yamaha Power Products

The “recreational” range of Yamaha generators, whose reputation is well established, includes light, compact and quiet models used to power all kinds of highly sensitive electrical and electronic equipment. The second range of generators has been designed for commercial use. These generators produce much more power without sacrificing durability; a portable, stable power supply for tools, heating and lighting.

Industrial and emergency power models for businesses or homes provide an even more powerful and equally stable power supply. They can provide enough power to heat enclosed spaces, operate a refrigerator, freezer, water heater and much more. The most impressive generator Yamaha makes is without a doubt the EDL11000SDE, powered by a 4-stroke, 3 cylinder, 719 cc diesel engine. Its rated output for continuous use is 10,000 watts and 83 amps at 120 volts, and 41.7 amps at 240 volts. Knowing that a traditional residential socket can only handle 1800 watts and 15 amps, the EDL11000SDE would be able to supply half of a typical home with heating and lighting.

Yamaha Snowblowers

All Yamaha snowblowers leave the factory equipped with an independent electric starter, track drive, electrically assisted chute control and auger height adjustment system. Yamaha offers a choice of three models with a maximum blowing capacity of 35 to 76 tons of snow per hour with a 15-metre blowing distance. All Yamaha snowblowers feature a 4-stroke air-cooled engine combined with a TCI ignition, which requires no maintenance. In addition, Yamaha snowblowers are equipped with an automatic engine protection system in the event of an oil shortage.

Yamaha snowblowers are controlled by a hydrostatic transmission, which is operated with a single lever and an articulated steering system similar to that of a tank that brakes an individual track to steer the machine more precisely. New in 2019 for these snowblowers is an updated, more user-friendly control panel and levers, as well as an innovative cowling and graphics.

Yamaha pumps and pressure washers

Yamaha also offers a full range of water and trash pumps. Their trash pumps are designed to extract or supply liquids with a high solid content, thanks to its 4-stroke torqued engine, pipe and 4-inch connectors. Its hi-chrome impeller, spheroidal graphite cast iron volute and silicon carbide mechanical seals will ensure lasting durability worthy of other Yamaha products.

We can’t discuss Yamaha mechanical products without mentioning their famous OHV 4-stroke pressure washers. There are two models to choose from – the Yamaha PW4040 and Yamaha PW3028 – with their respective pressurized output of 3000 and 4000 psi. Both come equipped with a CAT pump® and a Yamaha 4-stroke engine designed for commercial or industrial applications.
